Founded in 1965 LPN Rehabilitation & Healthcare is one of the few remaining independent family owned nursing home care providers. We pride ourselves in delivery of professional, friendly, knowledgeable nursing care and therapy.

Beginning with a simple 30 bed facility we provided at one time over 200 skilled nursing beds, but as society changed we changed and now offer 80 skilled beds and 166 senior housing units.

We continually update our facilities so residents will experience some of the best and latest programs and services available. One benefit we have over many others is our manageable size. As with all things, the bigger the business the more difficult it is to manage and manage well. All of our facilities are managed by family with a sincere focus on you, and our hands on philosophy allows us to know you personally.

MALIBU REHABILITATIVE THERAPIES
Recently we have redesigned and remodeled our Rehabilitation Wing
known as Malibu Rehab. This new wing offers all levels of therapy with a dedicated certified licensed therapy staff, delivering hands on rehabilitation to help you recover to your fullest potential. ALZHEIMER'S MAIN STREET
Alzheimer's and dementia are concerns for more and more families everyday. In 2006 LPN designed a new wing and program unique to dementia care. This neighborhood of residents offers a Montessori approach to care of the whole person. This secure wing allows our trained Certified Montessori Staff the tools to keep the residents active with activities of individual and common interest. SKILLED NURSING CARE
Nursing care is a top priority. Since our doors opened we have successfully developed one of the best nursing care policies available. Our high staff to resident ratio allows us to meet the needs of our residents in a timely professional manner. Under the direction of Jonathan Hollister M.D. Medical Director and Margaret Murphy RN Director of Nursing our residents find comfort in knowing we know them. Beginning each morning with a review of our residents needs we deliver a planned care of treatment. Experience speaks volumes and performance brings results. Five of the past six years LPN has been recognized as "One of America's Top Nursing Homes" by the Consumers' Research Council of America. Senior Care Plus
In our network of senior care we offer two senior living communities designed and managed to provide the most affordable and comfortable lifestyle. Northtowne Senior Living Community and Goosepond Retirement Village are unique in themselves. Both communities offer choice of lifestyle by need of resident. The fully independent lifestyle provides the basics of housing, social and recreational living. As personal needs or desires increase so can the services. Although there are limits on what we offer you can remain independent up to the need for nursing care.
